How long will it take to get my order?

We process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days, and you will be notified by email as soon as your package ships.

How do I find the right size?

Check our size guide for measurements in centimeters. Measure her feet from heel to toe, and always use the size of the larger foot to choose the perfect fit.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want her to love her new shoes! If the fit isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Shoes must be unworn, clean, and in their original packaging. To start a return, please contact us with your order number.
