How does the presale work?
Our presale will be live until Sunday night. You can secure your favorite shoe styles at 40% off. Once the window closes, we place the orders with our manufacturer in Brazil and deliver the shoes directly to your door.

When does the presale end?
The presale officially closes this Sunday, May 10, at 11:30 PM EDT. Be sure to finalize your order before then to secure the presale pricing and guaranteed delivery!

When will I be charged?
You won’t be charged right away. Your credit card will only be charged once the shoes are on their way to you.

When will I get my order?
You can expect delivery within 2–3 weeks after the presale ends. We will keep you updated every step of the way.

What are the shoes made of?
They are crafted by a premium Brazilian manufacturer using high-quality vegan leather. They are designed to be soft enough for little feet to stay comfortable, while still being durable enough for all-day play and special occasions.

Can I cancel my order?
Once the presale closes, we immediately place the order with our manufacturer to get the shoes to you as quickly as possible, so we’re not able to accept cancellations after that point.

How do I find the right size?
Since every manufacturer has slight variations, we’ve created a size guide with measurements in centimeters. We recommend measuring her foot and checking our chart to ensure the perfect fit.

What if they don’t fit?
If the shoes don’t fit perfectly, we offer free returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
